Support
We're here to help.
ttsCast converts articles and web pages into podcast-quality narrated audio you can listen to in the ttsCast app or any podcast player.
How to get help
- • Email us — ttscast@jimmys.dev. We read every message and typically reply within 1–2 business days.
- • In the app — open Settings → Send feedback to report a problem or ask a question. Include a screenshot or the article link if it's about a specific article; it helps us reproduce the issue faster.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add an article?
Paste a link or article text on the ttsCast website, use the "+" button in the app while browsing, or share an article to ttsCast from any other app's Share Sheet (on the article's browser or news app, tap Share → ttsCast). Your article shows up in My Articles once it's ready.
What are "minutes" and top-ups?
Listening minutes are the audio allowance your plan includes each billing period. If you run out before your next renewal, you can buy a one-time top-up of extra minutes. See Settings → Account in the app for your current balance.
How do subscriptions work, and how do I cancel?
Subscriptions and top-ups are billed through the App Store or Google Play, not directly by ttsCast. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings — on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Manage subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. On the web: go to ttscast.jimmys.dev/delete-account and sign in, or email us from your account's address. Either way this permanently removes your account, articles, audio, preferences and purchase records. The account deletion page lists exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
Can I listen to my ttsCast feed in another podcast app?
Yes. Your personal podcast feed URL is on the ttsCast website's home page and in the app's Settings → Podcast section — copy it into Apple Podcasts, Overcast, Pocket Casts, or any podcast app that supports custom RSS feeds.
Some sites don't work, or a paywalled article comes out wrong.
ttsCast can only work with the content your browser can see. Heavily paywalled or login-gated pages, and pages that load their text via unusual scripts, sometimes come out poorly or fail to convert. If an article looks wrong, let us know via Send Feedback with the link — we look at every report.
